Once an employee reaches the threshold you configure (e.g. 10 points), they receive their reward: an extra holiday day, a custom gift, or whatever you choose.
The default reward is extra holiday days — 10 points converts to 1 bonus day off. But you can configure any reward you like: gift cards, cash bonuses, early finishes, a lunch out, or anything else that fits your culture. The system records the reward but the delivery is up to you.
