Approve a Guard's Week in One Screen
Open a guard's week and the totals are already worked out: regular hours, overtime, TOIL and the pay that follows from them. Each day is one row with its start and end times. An operations manager signs the week off by reading it, not by checking it against a paper sheet. Approved and exported are separate states, so a week signed off on Monday cannot be paid twice when payroll runs on Thursday.
- Overtime is split from regular hours against that guard's own threshold before anyone opens the week.
- Open a day to see the unpaid break, the site the hours were tagged to, and any note the guard left about a late relief or an incident.
- Pay is hidden from managers who are not allowed to see it. A site supervisor can approve a guard's hours without seeing the rate.
- Approved weeks export to Xero, QuickBooks or CSV, and each one is marked once exported so it is not sent twice.
