Yes. When a pay period's timesheets are approved, TimeTally posts the wages to Xero, or QuickBooks Online, as one manual journal; any other payroll takes a CSV export. It does not create Xero Payroll timesheets or calculate tax, NI or pensions.
Biometric clocking and automatic timesheet approval (Deputy's Core plan and above), watch and tablet apps, and an HR add-on. TimeTally has no kiosk or biometric clocking: each person clocks in on their own phone, with optional GPS for £1 per employee a month.
