How much annual leave are UK employees entitled to?

All UK workers are legally entitled to 5.6 weeks of paid annual leave per year. For full-time employees working 5 days a week, that equals 28 days. This can include bank holidays. Part-time workers receive the same 5.6 weeks, calculated pro-rata based on their working pattern. TimeTally handles all of these calculations automatically.

How does TimeTally calculate annual leave for part-time workers?

Can employees carry over unused annual leave?

Are bank holidays included in the 28-day entitlement?

How do you calculate annual leave for someone who starts mid-year?

What is the 12.07% accrual method for holiday?
