When you subscribe
There are no setup fees, onboarding charges, or tiers. The £3/employee/month price covers everything — including Xero and QuickBooks integrations, mobile clock-in, and custom leave types. The one optional extra is GPS clock-in at £1/employee/month, free during your trial.
When the trial ends, add a card in Settings to carry on. Nothing is charged until you do.
Every month
You pay £3 for each employee on your team. Archived staff don't count. Managers who only approve timesheets — without submitting their own — are completely free and don't count toward your bill.
Each manager has a “Can submit” switch, off when you add them. Yours, as the account owner, starts on so you can log your own hours: switch it off if you don't.
Any time
Billed monthly. Add or remove employees at any time and your bill adjusts automatically. There are no annual contracts, no lock-in periods, and no cancellation fees.
Cancel from Settings and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
